We taste-tested spices from different suppliers before we found the best, freshest and most aromatic ingredients to make our products. No additives or artificial ingredients. Quality is at the core of what we do.

We buy whole spices and grind them in small batches to deliver fresher and longer lasting flavor. All of the toasted ingredients are toasted by hand, by us. We're also striving to ingrain sustainabilty into everything we do.

We believe in supporting local businesses and farmers. Vermont is full of talented makers and doers. We want to utilize local ingredients whenever possible.
